The Freeletics Training Program
It is a workout routine that mostly involves high intensity interval training and mostly body-weight exercises, so this means there are no weights are involved. Ideally this will work for stay-at-home moms, busy business people, or anyone who’d rather be at home than a gym.
This is 15 week coaching program is designed to help you shed fat and build muscle as well as your cardio. You select your goals, get lean, build muscle, or both!
The secret: HIIT workouts train your muscles thoroughly but it also doubles as a cardio workout. Most of the workouts require you to take little-to-no breaks in between exercises. The workouts are designed to shoot your heart rate up, and then give you some recovery, and then you go up again. This will lead to a crazy sweat that feels good once it’s over.

Getting Started with Freeletics
One example of a workout that you will do with the program is called the Aphrodite workout, which is a beginner’s workout that you can do for 2-3 weeks.
It involves 5 rounds of three exercises:
- Burpees
- Squats
- Sit-ups

After you sign up, you will get the first 5 weeks of training or free, once those are done, you can purchase a guide that will guide you through the remaining 15 weeks. However it is a proven fact that people DO NOT USE what they don’t pay for.

So even if you decide to just try it out, while it may be free, you won’t feel a real need to pursue the remaining 10 weeks and ultimately your body won’t transform because of it.
